Simply enter your exact dimensions and specify hinge drill hole positions, and we'll manufacture doors tailored to your requirements. Lead time is 3–4 weeks from order.

Drilling
Made to Measure Doors are available with optional hinge hole drilling, chargeable per hole. We recommend a third hole on larger doors above 895mm. If extra holes are required, please supply drilling specifications. Drilling for handleless doors must be specified for wall and base units.

Vinyl Doors Limitations
Doors with a routered centre panel 1730mm and above will be split with a mid rail. This does not affect Aries, Bury, Euroline and Gisburn.

140–214mm (H) – Panel Design with 35mm stiles (top and bottom)
215mm and above – Panel Design with 60mm stiles (all round)

Woodgrain Foils Grain Directions
100–282mm (H) – Horizontal Grain
283mm (H) and above – Vertical Grain

Horizontal grain can be supplied up to 1245mm high but must be clearly specified on the order.

Important: Made-to-measure products are non-cancellable and non-amendable 24 hours after placing your order. Returns of made-to-measure products are excluded from our returns policy and are non-returnable (this does not affect your statutory rights).

Delivery is generally 3 to 5 working days for stock products. Made-to-order product lead times vary, so please contact our office if you are working to a specific deadline.
