Refund policy

Cancellation & Returns

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.

Returns of kitchen doors and accessories, made-to-measure products, or products customised to customer requirements are excluded from our returns policy. We cannot accept returns of these items.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform Big Kitchen Warehouse of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (for example, by letter or email).

Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (except for any supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).

We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for any loss in value of the goods if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and no later than:

a) 14 days after the day we receive back the goods supplied;

b) If earlier, 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods; or

c) If no goods were supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed of your decision to cancel this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same method of payment used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. Where applicable, a 25% restocking charge may be deducted. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must send the goods back or hand them over to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your cancellation. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the 14-day period has expired.

You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

Returns

Should an order be cancelled and returned in accordance with the above guidelines, any refund due will be processed within 48 hours.

For products offering Free Delivery at checkout, the delivery costs incurred by Big Kitchen Warehouse may be deducted from the refund amount. Evidence of these costs will be provided upon request.
